FracSure Express pairs the PurpleSeal™ composite frac plug with the PurpleSet™ disposable setting tool.
Because it’s pre-assembled at the factory, you’ll avoid common issues out in the field like on-site redress and short stroking. Anti-preset shear screws prevent the plug from setting too early, and there’s no pressure discharge at the surface.
Need extra perforating guns at each stage? Not a problem—FracSure Express’s short length allows as many guns as you need. The entire assembly is compact and lightweight enough for a single person to handle.
With better value and reliability, the FracSure Express integrated tool reduces job site hazards and risks by doing away with BHA parts, inspections, redress processes, compatibility checks, cross-overs and adapters between WLAK and setting tools—and all the other site headaches that get in the way of a fast completion.

What’s the difference between FracSure Express and FracSure Max?
FracSure Max combines the PurpleSeal™ composite frac plug, PurpleSet™ disposable setting tool, and PurpleFire™ perforating gun. FracSure Express doesn’t include PurpleFire™—only PurpleSeal™ and PurpleSet™. This makes it easy for you to choose the integrated tool that best meets your completion needs.
Do I need to use all of your tools?
Nope. Our integrated tools are designed to be compatible with some of the most popular completion tools on the market, so you can customize your string from start to finish. Still, it’s pretty damn convenient to get your frac plugs, setting tools, and perf guns all in one place—especially when that place has a track record like ours. In fact, FracSure Express and FracSure Max are so good, we can’t imagine why you’d want to use any other tools.
Can I use my own perf gun with your frac plug and setting tool?
You can, because PurpleSeal™ frac plugs and PurpleSet™ setting tools are designed to be compatible with some of the most popular completion tools on the market. That said, we don’t know why you’d want to use any perf gun other than PurpleFire™, which stands up to the most challenging field conditions to give you the best casing perforation, every time.

Use Warrior System with Unifire to pair with PinPoint internal orienting guns.
What addressable switch can I use?
We can configure our systems to run with most wired switches. That said, we recommend using SRS switches due to their communication system, support, and track record of success.
What shaped charge can I use?
Our systems are designed to work with any available charges on the market. For extra convenience, you can get Forcellant power charges delivered along with your PinPoint guns.
