PurpleSeal™ - PS-C Composite Frac Plug

The PurpleSeal™ PS-C composite plug with ceramic buttons is a zero-metal, all-composite frac plug with low material volume, which helps you get a fast, clean drill-out every time.

This composite plug features interlocking castellations on the slips, muleshoe, and load ring, paired with a planar slip-to-cone interface. Its unique design keeps components from rotating, allows for even slip expansion during set, and ensures a firm hold during drill-out.

Backed by over 200,000 field deployments and consistently great reviews across multiple basins, it’s no wonder why the PurpleSeal™ frac plug is North American operators’ plug of choice for low-pressure drill-outs.

PurpleSeal™ - Misrun Contingency Device

The PurpleSeal™ Misrun Contingency Device (MCD) is our patent-pending fix for those rare situations where your perf guns don’t fire.

Adapted to PurpleSeal™ composite frac plugs as a no-added-cost insurance policy, the MCD replaces a conventional frac ball to allow for flowback after a screen-out. You can then immediately restart your frac without deploying another plug or pumping a ball back to setting depth. All the MCD needs is fluid rate in the downhole direction.

The MCD’s all-composite design avoids failures often caused by metal components. And you won’t even notice less than one inch of added plug length. If you’re working in low-pressure formations, the MCD is a must-have for a stress-free completion.

PurpleSeal™ Composite Bridge Plug

The PurpleSeal™ bridge plug is a hybrid-slip “kill” plug that provides temporary wellhead isolation from the zones below after a frac.

These bridge plugs are designed with proprietary high-strength composite materials to ensure uniform performance, durability, and industry-leading drill-out. Interlocking castellations on the slips and end caps, coupled with a planar interface between the slips and cones, keep components from rotating and allow for even slip expansion.

PurpleSeal™ bridging plugs are designed to equalize pressure across the plug before drilling out the upper slip. This lightweight drillable bridge plug comes with a pump-down fin with every plug and has a patented element backup mechanism to prevent leakage from seal extrusion failures. Get premium design, high performance, and proven durability at a great price.

PurpleReign™ - Dissolvable Frac Plug

Think that dissolvable frac plugs are less effective in achieving zonal isolation when compared to composite frac plugs? Think again—PurpleReign™ is here. The PurpleReign™ dissolvable frac plug offers the same robust zonal isolation as the PurpleSeal™ composite frac plug while aiding in high-risk clean-out scenarios.

Composed of proprietary high-strength materials, PurpleReign™ ensures the plug will maintain over one inch of rubber sealing engagement with the casing ID. This expertly engineered feature guarantees superior casing conformity, facilitating precise frac placement.

You won’t hear us talking about how short our dissolvable plugs are because we know how important wellbore isolation is to your frac. The two-slip chassis creates two rigid contact points with the casing to eliminate plug twisting and the dreaded “plug slip.” Get the best degradable downhole tools in the industry, engineered with features that address specific operational contingencies and give you the best frac possible in any geological setting.

GET THE BEST FRACSURE EVERY TIME

Elevate your job site with Repeat Precision’s integrated tools that strip out product complexity, compatibility issues, and on-site redress hazards. Our downhole tools—including perforating guns, setting tools, and composite frac plugs—are specifically designed to work together for a simple, intuitive completion experience out in the field.

FracSure Express

INTEGRATED COMPOSITE FRAC PLUG & SETTING TOOL

FracSure Express pairs the PurpleSeal™ composite frac plug with the PurpleSet™ disposable setting tool.

Because it’s pre-assembled at the factory, you’ll avoid common issues out in the field like on-site redress and short stroking. Anti-preset shear screws prevent the plug from setting too early, and there’s no pressure discharge at the surface.

Need extra perforating guns at each stage? Not a problem—FracSure Express’s short length allows as many guns as you need. The entire assembly is compact and lightweight enough for a single person to handle.

With better value and reliability, the FracSure Express integrated tool reduces job site hazards and risks by doing away with BHA parts, inspections, redress processes, compatibility checks, cross-overs and adapters between WLAK and setting tools—and all the other site headaches that get in the way of a fast completion.

FracSure Max

INTEGRATED COMPOSITE FRAC PLUG, SETTING TOOL & PERFORATING GUN

The FracSure Max combo tool provides everything you need for a quick completion by combining the PurpleSeal™ composite frac plug, PurpleFire™ perforating gun, and PurpleSet™ disposable setting tool.

The system is factory assembled for quality control and designed to minimize your make-up length, allowing for more clusters per run.

Providing the ultimate value and reliability, FracSure Max takes your job site to the next level and helps you achieve your safety and efficiency goals through simplified, streamlined pre-job planning. It’s your single-source, factory-to-field, plug-and-perf solution—arriving at your site pre-made, inspected, and ready to run in-hole.

FracSure Max’s modular design makes it simple to assemble and use, with zero wiring, no potential for failure, and reduced risk for the operator. There’s no downside—only fast firing and even faster wellbore completion.
