Todd Draegert

Todd Draegert is the District & Sales Manager, Rocky Mountain Region, at Repeat Precision. After spending 12 years in animal health and nutrition, he joined the energy industry through Schlumberger’s wireline open hole and case hole logging division. He then performed cased hole plugging and perforation in the DJ and Powder River with Pure Energy/FMC.

Todd has now spent the last 10+ years in field service, sales, and district management around composite frac plugs and completions at organizations like Baker Hughes and Downhole Technology.

As a district manager, Todd coordinates daily operations and manages inventory needs to ensure operators receive products and services. On the sales side, he meets with future customers to understand their needs and operational requirements, introduces Repeat Precision’s product offering, and ultimately delivers the best solutions for their operations.

Todd appreciates Repeat Precision’s small company atmosphere and the great management team who’s always looking to make leading-edge products. The company has an open door for ideas, and the team can discuss improvements at any time. He also feels that Repeat Precision cares about the balance of personal and business life. As a result, Todd is able to spend plenty of time with his wife and kids, watching sports, and camping, boating, and fishing at the lake.
