Hector Cortez

Hector Cortez is the Operations Manager and leads Permian Sales Support at Repeat Precision. He is a resourceful, solution-focused, team-oriented professional with years of leadership experience, vast knowledge of completion tools across the Permian Basin.

In his role as Operations Manager, Hector is responsible for managing operations and logistics, including daily activity planning to ensure clients’ needs are being met. He also provides technical support, training, coaching, and mentoring for wireline engineers and equipment operators in his Sales Support role.

Hector appreciates the positive work environment at Repeat Precision, as well as the opportunity to learn new skills and work with a great team of people. Every day, he gets to use his creativity and problem-solving skills to help the company succeed.

During his downtime, Hector loves taking part in outdoor activities, especially with his family.
